When is IND vs PAK Match in ICC Women’s World Cup 2025?

The most awaited match of the tournament, India vs Pakistan, will be played at Premdasa Stadium (Colombo) as a neutral venue. Notably, due to the political tensions between the nations, the BCCI and PCB have agreed on a hybrid model. As per the ICC’s update on 19 December 2024, any match between India and Pakistan in ICC events during 2024–27 will be held at neutral venues.

However, the match is uncertain because of a recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir. This attack has made many people in India very upset and worried. Because of this, a lot of Indian fans and some groups are asking that cricket matches between the two countries be stopped. They believe that playing sports during such a serious time does not feel right.

They are also saying that national feelings should be respected, especially when people are still sad and angry about what happened in Pahalgam. Because of these strong feelings and the high risk, there is a chance that big cricket matches between the two nations may be paused for some time. This is to show respect and support to people who got affected by this terrorist attack.
